If you need a bit more space, an imaginative, architect designed extension can transform your home or business. Using my experience and ideas, I can assess the potential of your property and improve its appearance and practicality beyond what you might expect.

During my 20 years in business, I have submitted hundreds of planning applications for extensions to homes and businesses throughout Derbyshire and the Peak District. This means I am highly experienced in working closely with local councils to give you the best possible chance of gaining approval.
Some small extensions and buildings in back gardens may not need a formal planning application, but qualify as 'Permitted Development'. Internal alterations only require planning permission if the building is listed, but may require approval from a Building Inspector. I can advise you on what qualifies as permitted development and what requires Building Inspector approval.

Having worked in this area so long, I have established many contacts with local builders and tradesmen I can recommend to you as people you can trust to do a good job.
