Planning Applications

During my 20 years in business, I have submitted hundreds of planning applications for extensions to homes and businesses throughout Derbyshire and the Peak District. This means I am highly experienced in working closely with local councils to give you the best possible chance of gaining approval.

Permitted Development

Some small extensions and buildings in back gardens may not need a formal planning application, but qualify as 'Permitted Development'. Internal alterations only require planning permission if the building is listed, but may require approval from a Building Inspector. I can advise you on what qualifies as permitted development and what requires Building Inspector approval.

Finding a Builder

Having worked in this area so long, I have established many contacts with local builders and tradesmen I can recommend to you as people you can trust to do a good job.
