Planning Applications

During our 20 years of business, Kevin Bradbury Architects have submitted hundreds of planning applications for extensions to homes and businesses throughout Derbyshire and The Peak District. We are therefore very familiar in working with the local Councils to give you the best chance of gaining approval.

Permitted Development

Some small extensions and buildings in back gardens may not need a formal planning application, but qualify as 'Permitted Development'. Internal alterations only require planning permission if the building is listed, but may require approval from a Building Inspector. We can advise you as to what qualifies as permitted development and what requires the Building Inspector's approval.
